Freddie Gavita Quartet
Since making his LJF debut at The Other Palace in 2015, Freddie Gavita’s music achievements have gone from success to success, culminating in British Jazz Awards Best Trumpet 2017.
Freddie is an in demand and versatiile young musician whose performances of the music of the all time great Clifford Brown have met with critical acclaim. His performances with Paloma Faith and his regular appearances with the Ronnie Scott’s Quintet have made him a favourite not only with jazz audiences but also those who just love good music.
“Freddie’s tone ranges from the warmly conversational to the eloquently strident” – Ian Mann
