Singer & Trumpet player extraordinaire, Georgina Jacksonis a musical force to be reckoned with. This session with her trio will feature a swinging mix of vocals and brass with numbers from Peggy Lee and Frank Sinatra to Dusty Springfield and everything in-between. Stepping in at short notice in 2021 for an indisposed music maker Georgina put on a great show and it’s with real pleasure we welcome her return as a first line musician this February
Georgina now works internationally as a Cabaret Artiste performing her ‘One Woman’ entertaining trumpet/ vocal shows on the world's most prestigious cruise lines. Often found performing her show upon the iconic Cunard Queen Mary II as she sails out of New York. She is also to be found singing with the Echoes of Ellington Big Band, The Jazz Repertory and is in great demand performing up and down the country with her trio show and with guest soloist and workshop dates with Big Bands both here and In Europe. Recent notable performances have included, BBC TV”s ‘The Big Band Proms’ at the Royal Albert Hall, North Sea Jazz Festival and as a headline performer at International trumpet conferences in Hollywood, Naples and San Paulo in Brazil.
As a live artist Georgina’s charming and unique performances make her audience laugh and cry in turn, delivering a thoroughly entertaining evening.
